Please keep in mind that we charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 100% of the remaining balance for no-shows and same-day cancellations. You can cancel appointments online 24hrs before appointment. If you’d like to reschedule, please do so at least 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid loosing your retainer. Appointments can be rescheduled on your service confirmation page. All service retainers and deposits are non-refundable!
