This is required for all new clients and for any client who has not been seen within the last 3 months. No in-clinic services will be scheduled without a completed consultation. Client Eligibility Requirements: • Must be an existing client • Must have been seen within the last 4–6 weeks • Skin must be properly prepped with a professional home-care routine This treatment cannot be performed on unprepared or compromised skin.
